Gail helps manage fiscal resources, human resource needs, and other day-to-day operations of CCB. Her hard work helps to keep the gears running smoothly. Gail is a retired Air Force intelligence officer with sixteen years of service. She also spent nine years as a school teacher in the subjects of French, English, and Special Education.
