Camellia has made a return flight to Chesapeake. There were only a few satellite data points so we do not know exactly the flight path he used, but we do know that as of 5pm Feb 23 Camellia was in farm country in Chesapeake, VA. Looks like he may have been flying at the time of the White arrow, so probably somewhere else in Chesapeake this morning.
