Grace remains at Hog Island Wildlife Management Area on the James River in Virginia. In addition to being a known concentration area for bald eagles, Dr Bryan Watts, Director of The Center for Conservation Biology, advises that Hog Island is also a “communal roost” for about 50 bald eagles – a place they stay overnight. Grace has lots of company.
