March 7, 2014Thanks to our recent cloudy weather the satellite transmitter that Camellia is wearing did not have enough battery power to send data subsequent to March 3 at 1:00am (WHITE arrow). But we do know that he was at the Fort Story Joint Expeditionary Base in Virginia Beach.
