Azalea began this three day period in Kings Grant in Va Beach (YELLOW arrow Jan 21 at 1:00am) and spent all day Jan 21 in that area. She stayed overnight again (PINK pointer Jan 22 at 1:00am) in Kings Grant. She then flew to First Landing State Park the morning of Jan 22, turned south and flew to Red Wing Golf Course and spent the night (GREEN pointer Jan 23 at 1:00am). She left Red Wing before 9:00am and flew to Hell’s Creek Golf Course (PURPLE pointer Jan 23 at 10:00am) before flying to Shipp’s Bay in Back Bay National Wildlife Refuge, then to the West Neck Creek Natural Area (WHITE arrow Jan 24 at 1:00am). The photo is of Azalea on the 14th hole of Red Wing Golf Course about 8:30am Jan 23 taken by Karen Beatty and used with permission. Click maps and photo to enlarge.
