CCB is eager to work with conservation-minded agencies, NGOs and corporations
Approximately 75% of the research conducted by the Center for Conservation Biology is ecological work with applications to conservation problems. We are always eager to work with organizations that want to find conservation solutions and make the world a better place for natural systems. The Center has made a strategic decision to work on problems with government, corporate, or NGO partners that have large land holding such that research findings may have the greatest conservation impacts. Finding ways to shift management for the benefit of declining species without impacting core programs provides the type of win-win solutions that lead to long-term conservation benefits. CCB has worked on a broad range of conservation issues and many projects have led to innovative solutions that have saved money and improved the situation for species of concern.
