Grace has been traveling the past week. She began on the James River on Oct 7 (YELLOW arrow), then on Oct 10 at 10:00am (GREEN pointer) she was at Blackwater Road in southern Virginia Beach, VA. There she turned north and flew to First Landing State Park in Virginia Beach (BLUE pointer Oct 11 at 7:00am). From there she flew to Mason Creek in Norfolk and spent Oct 11 – 13 – ORANGE pointer). On Oct 14 she continued north to York County (PURPLE pointer). On Oct 15 she crossed the Potomac River (YELLOW pointer) on her way to Maryland. As of this satellite map Grace is in Caroline County north of Denton, MD – WHITE arrow Oct 16 at 1:00pm. This past week Grace flew well over 200 miles. Click on maps to enlarge.

She’s pretty far east as well as north! Pat, Grace was out this way on her first autumn explorations. I believe she hung out near Kent Island, to the northwest, but also tripped around this general area as well, I believe Federalsburg (south and east of Denton) was mentioned and points in Delaware. But that was 2 years ago, late October! Thanks for update Reese!
