Grace is still at Hog Island Wildlife Management Area on the James River in Surry County, VA. The Dominion Virginia Power Surry Plant is adjacent to Hog Island WMA. Bald eagles are known to gather at this location. You may recall that bald eagle KE spent time here. Thanks for keeping us updated on her travels.
Glad to see Grace checking in. It was good to see you yesterday, Reese. I’ve been helping to moderate an eagle chat with the American Eagle Foundation. Today we had a class on asking questions and I was unable to find an answer to one of their questions: how many bones does a bald eagle have? I told them i would try to find an answer and let them know. Thanks!
Grace, glad you are back in Virginia. Have a good time but behave! Thanks Reese!
