On Feb 11 the satellite transmitter that Camellia is wearing sent a very weak signal from the general area of Morris Neck Rd in Virginia. The signal was too weak to send GPS data and not as accurate or realiable as we use to generate the maps we use. What it does indicate is that the transmitter is still working, but the solar battery needs much more sun to generate power. Morris Neck Rd is an area that Camellia has visited several times so likely he was there on Feb 11. Thanks to Cary Lynch for noticing the data report on the Seaturtle.org Data Explorer site.
