Grace flew west into Charles County, MD on Oct 19 and quickly found their landfill (GREEN) which is east of White Plains, MD. As of this map Grace is just south of the landfill – WHITE arrow Oct 23 at 9pm.

I ran over to the landfill and area yesterday, the 25th. Also went south to the bridge, checking out Cobb Island and Popes Creek in case she furthered south. There was a young juvie sitting (perched) along landfill’s north edge when I got back there about 4:30. (She perched til about 5:15). Seems like I’m seeing ankle bling but not clear. The wind was up, blowing feathers and lens.
