Grace has spent the past few days flying back and forth, back and forth across the James River between Charles City County on the north side to Prince George County on the south side. This area of the James River is about 5 miles southeast of Charles City, VA. Grace probably has lots of bald eagle company since this is a known concentration point for these eagles.
