March 18, 2014After hanging around the Western Branch of the Elizabeth River in Portsmouth for two days, Camellia flew to the Eastern Branch of the Elizabeth River and spent the night (GREEN). He then flew to LagoMar in Virginia Beach where he is as of this satellite map (White arrow). Click on maps to enlarge.
