December 25, 2012Camellia sends Holiday Greetings from Bay Island on Broad Bay in Virginia Beach. He did not move far during the past three days, although it seems that his solar battery is beginning to falter. Again there was a lapse in satellite data from Dec 23 at 1:00am to Dec 24 at 3:00pm. Here are his data points – YELLOW arrow Dec 22 at 9:00am, GREEN pointer Dec 22 at 6:00pm, PINK pointer Dec 23 at 1:00am, and as of this satellite map WHITE arrow Dec 24 at 3:00pm.

But oh nooooo! I hope you don’t mean Cammy’s backpack transmitter solar battery is permanently failing! I hope you mean its just temporarily not charging fully. I’d hate to lose track of our boy.

Thank all of you for keeping us updated on EagleTrak. I’m very sorry to learn that Camellia’s transmitter is faltering. It’s both interesting and comforting to know where he is.
