Camellia didn’t travel anywhere the past three days. He stayed at Lake Bradford with one visit to the golf course at Little Creek Naval Amphibious on Mar 14. The smaller lake on the map is Chubb Lake and the small land with trees between them is Scout Island. Here are his locations – YELLOW arrow Mar 13 at 5:00pm, PINK pointer Mar 14 at 1:00am, GREEN pointer Mar 15 at 1:00am, PURPLE pointer Mar 16 at 1:00am, and as of this satellite map WHITE arrow Mar 16 at 5:00pm.

Its great to see he’s still staying close to home. Thanks, Reese.
Thanks for the updated maps. Since I am not in VA, it is hard for me to imagine where they are in relation to NBG. However, it was mentioned on the NBG blog this morning about Little Creek and that you were a musician there. It appears to me and correct me if I am wrong, that both eagles are pretty near their natal area. Obviously Cam is a lot closer. Am I reading this correctly? Thanks again. I really do enjoy seeing where the kids are and have been. Always enjoy your visits on the NBG blog as well as here.
Response – Pam, good point. Camellia is within 4 miles of Norfolk Botanical Garden. Little Creek Naval Amphib Base stretches out along Chesapeake Bay for a few miles, part of which is in Norfolk and part in Virginia Beach. Camellia is in the very eastern part of the Amphib Base in Va Beach.
