Azalea was last in the western Branch area of Portsmouth, Va (YELLOW arrow Dec 19 at 1:00am). She left there mid-day flying over the Norfolk Southern Coal Yards to the Layafette River near Granby St Bridge (one of the busiest roads in Norfolk) to the West Belvedere neighborhood where she has spent the past three nights – PINK pointer Dec 20 at 1:00am, GREEN pointer Dec 21 at 100am, and this morning WHITE arrow Dec 22 at 1:00am. She made one round-trip flight out over the Coal Yards on Dec 20, other than that stayed in West Belvedere.
