Azalea arrived at the King and Queen County Landfill on Nov 7 and remained there every day until yesterday, Nov 17, when she flew north across the Rappahannock River into Lancaster County. Last night she stayed on the Richmond County side of Lancaster Creek not too far from Litwalton, VA. As of this satellite map she is just north of Morattico, VA in Lancaster County near where Lancaster Creek enters the Rappahannock River

Reese – Thanks for the fascinating updates on Az and Cam. Just wish they would forget those dumps and go for some nice fresh fish from the local rivers!
The work of the CCB is so important and extremely
interesting to us “followers”. Thank you for sharing your hard work.
Hi Reese, Thanks so much for all that you do. Do you think that she will go back sown south for the winter?
Hi Sue – Yes, I do expect to see Azalea return to North Carolina, but we will just have to wait and see sometime about early January.
