At 6:52am the morning of May 29 the middle eaglet ND flew from the nest tree for the first time. A search with the web cam camera could not locate him. While he was away Camellia – NC – flew back to the camera tree and the photo above shows him sitting on a branch directly below the camera. Camellia then returned to the “love branch” in the nest tree and a minute later ND landed beside him – photo 2 above.
