Grace spent the week on the move. She began the week at the Alligator River National Wildlife Refuge in Dare County, NC. She then flew west to her favorite place, the Tidewater Research Station and private catfish farm just east of Plymouth, NC. After a couple days there she made a direct flight about 95 air miles north to the marshes around Poquoson, VA where she is located on Oct 8 at 9:20am – WHITE arrow.

On the move again big girl..stopped long enough for a catfish dinner ..then off you go..stay safe Ms.Grace ..check in soon..Thank you Reese….Have you any news on the Bald Eagle Mary Reed Barrow wrote about? This baby is way too tame..eating a cracker from someones hand..looking through a glass door at a house ..very odd..this wee one needs to be checked at WCV..something is not right
Pat – No further news about that juvenile eagle. Something not mentioned in the news article is that there were about 200 Canada Geese on the pond behind the house, and that is what likely drew the attention of the eagle.
