You are a NC country gal Ms. Grace..you like the quiet life and catfish ..you will return soon.stay safe big girl..Thank you Reese…Nice photo of you and the eaglet in Mary Reed Barrow’s blog..I do hope all goes well..poor baby and that Falcon chick what a big fluff ball. Will that chick be placed in a hack tower?
Response – The peregrine chick will be banded like his father and allowed to fledge from the Armada Hoffler building.
Thanks for the update. Looking forward to seeing where all the new eaglets go. Is there and update on the one with the fishing line wrapped around its foot?
Response – The foot is healing. Swelling going down. Dr believes the talons will grow out
Grace, you made amazing time on your travel back into Virginia! Thanks Reese! Perhaps she’ll come further north soon.
I, too, loved seeing Shelly F and Jim Y posts of the SawPen and Kemps Lake nests’ CCB banding and transmitter placements; especially seeing pics of Dr Watts and Reese! Very pleased and excited there will be more eagles to follow!
