Grace has returned to a familiar location – the NC Agriculture Research Station and private catfish farm just east of Plymouth, NC. On Feb 13 (YELLOW arrow) Grace was along the North Landing River in Virginia Beach, VA. She wandered south along the North Landing to the mouth of the river (GREEN pointer) still in Va Beach. By Noon Feb 17 (BLUE pointer) she was at Moyock, NC. and at 4:00pm Feb 17 Grace arrived at the private catfish farm in Washington County, NC (ORANGE pointer). As of this satellite map Feb 21 at 8:00pm (WHITE arrow) Grace is still there. Click on maps to enlarge.

You did come to see me “big girl”. I was in town looking for HK..go figure..Can’t resist those yummy catfish can you…Glad to have you down here again..Stay safe Ms Grace..Thank you Reese.. Reese have you heard about the 13 Bald Eagles found on the Eastern Shore? So very sad.
Pat – Yes, I have heard and very disturbing especially since Grace visited this area near Federalsburg, MD in Oct and Nov 2015.

Grace had been around Federalsburg Maryland late November. I am so glad she is far away now. It is reported that a dozen bald eagles were found dead near there today. Poison is suspected at this time. Very sad.
