The transmitter that Camellia is sending out a very weak signal, not strong enough to send map data However, we can get GPS data that shows that about 1am Dec 19 Camellia was near the intersection of Old Ocean View Rd and East Bayview Blvd in Norfolk. See YELLOW pin on map. Click on map to enlarge.
