After 10 days at the Gloucester County landfill, Camellia has returned to Norfolk. At 8am Nov 18 he was at the landfill – BLUE pointer – and by Noon on Nov 18 he was in Ocean View in Norfolk – ORANGE pointer. As of this satellite map Camellia is on Broad Creek between Norfolk Industrial Park and the Crown Point neighborhood – WHITE arrow Nov 18 at 4pm.
