Grace is still on the James River in Virginia, but she has moved eastward. There was no data for Sept 13, but data for Sept 12 and 14 show that Grace was between Sunken Meadow and Driftwood Shores on the south side of the James River. As of this map at 9pm Sept 14 she was at Driftwood Shores – WHITE arrow.
