KE Flies to Chesterfield County as of Jan 23 2014

January 28, 2014Well, it seems that KE is intent on not returning to Virginia Beach. She has instead flown west to Chesterfield County south of Richmond to the landfill operated by Virginia Waste Services. Next to that is a rock pit operated by Vulcan Materials. KE did not return to the Walmart distribution center off I-64. As of this map (White arrow Jan 23 at 4:00pm) she is at a small lake west of the Chesterfield landfill. This is new territory for KE. Follow the GREEN line – YELLOW, PINK, GREEN, BLUE, ORANGE, PURPLE, WHITE.

I wish I had been paying better attention – KE was in my area and I could have been looking for her. Maybe she will find her way to Swift Creek Resevoir where many other eagles have been hanging out and I will see her there. 🙂
