Like a magnet is pulling on him Camellia has returned to Virginia Beach and is about 2 1/2 miles due south of Brown Cove in Great Neck at 2pm (red line), between I-264 and Virginia Beach Blvd. He began his flight back on the morning of Aug 29 along the south shore of the James River. He stopped off on the western branch of the Elizabeth River in Chesapeake and then flew east back into Virginia Beach on the morning of Aug 30. He spent the night of Aug 30/31 on Windsor Lake along I-264 then continued east to his position at 2pm this afternoon. On his way back to Brown Cove???
