Camellia seems to like it just fine where he is. Been in the same location now since July 10th off Challedon Dr in the Carolanne Farms neighborhood in Virginia Beach. He makes occasional flights the short distance to Kemps Lake near I-264. The Carolanne Farms neighbors are seeing him. One family across from where he is hanging out was a regular Norfolk Botanical Garden Eagle Cam viewer.
