Camellia should be easy to locate. He is at Kemps Lake at the intersection of I-264 and S. Witchduck Rd. Actually sitting in peoples back yards on Overland Rd in the Kempsville Heights neighborhood. He has been here before and this lake is also attractive to other bald eagles.
