After a brief visit to Pennsylvania, bald eagle banded KE is now back in Virginia. The last map showed she was near East Waterford, PA – YELLOW arrow Sept 13 at 9:00pm. She did not go any further north, but did a u-turn and by Sept 15 at 5:00pm was back in Virginia near I-66 just outside Washington, DC – PINK pointer. From there she continued southeast and at Sept 16 at 1:00am was at Fort Washington on the Maryland side of the Potomac River. She left there and from Sept 18  at 1:00am – PURPLE pointer has been at Mason Neck National Wildlife Refuge (www.fws.gov/masonneck) – WHITE arrow Sept 27 at 9:00pm.
