May 26, 2012Camellia has almost made a round-trip in the past three days. He began at the Virginia Beach National Golf Course (YELLOW arrow May 21 at 1:00am). He left there and flew to Kemps Lake at I-264 and Witchduck Rd (PURPLE pointer May 21 at noon), and from there to his favorite place, Brown Cove in Great Neck (PINK pointer May 22 at 1:00am). From there he flew to Mount Trashmore Lake (ORANGE pointer May 22 at 7:00am) then on the Witchduck (GREEN pointer May 23 at 6:00am). As of this map Camellia is at the Buckner Farms neighborhood in Green Run near S. Rosemont Rd in Virginia Beach – WHITE arrow May 24 at 7:00am.

Wonder if he will discover Honeybee Golf Course like Azalea has? Now that would be a one in a lifetime opportunity to photograph both of them together.
I’m just grateful that Cam and Azalea are hanging around the area. How wonderful for the Norfolk area. Perhaps Richmond will have more luck next year.
