Azalea did not stay in Great Bridge for long (YELLOW arrow Feb 27 at 1:00am). About 11:00am Feb 27 she flew north directly to the Norfolk Naval Air Station runway on Mason Creek in Norfolk. After a couple hours there she flew to the Lafayette River in Norfolk where she has been before (PINK pointer Feb 28 at 1:00am). She has remained in that area flying about the various neighborhoods on the west side of Granby St (GREEN pointer Feb 29 at 1:00am). On the 29th she flew east across Granby St to spend the day on the North Branch of the Lafayette and as of this map was still there – WHITE arrow March 1 at 1:00am.

Is this the longest she’s gone between visits to the catfish dining facility?
Response – Yes – The past two years she spent most of Jan and Feb at the catfish farn in Plymouth, NC
Azalea is back again in my old neighborhood! 23 years ago when we moved from Norfolk, there were no eagles around. What a comeback!
Darn Baby, can you please stay away from the naval air station runway.
