Camellia is still on the Elizabeth River close to Interstate I-264 and has not left that general area for the past three days. As of 11:00am today, July 11, he was at the south end of Ingleside Rd in Norfolk on the river – white arrow. Click to enlarge.

I saw 2 juvenile eagles and 3 ospreys soaring together over the Elizabeth River near River Forest Shores neighborhood this morning. Not close enough to check for antenna.
Nancy – That is right where Camellia has been for several days, so could well have been him.
On the 7/8 map Camellia at the end of Commonwealth Ave. I saw him in my neighbor’s pine, but only have a “point and shoot” camera, so no pictures. :-((((
