Camellia has stayed put in Richmond and Essex Counties. He continues to fly back and forth across the Rappahannock River between Naylor’s Beach and the northern outskirts of Tappahannock where he is very close to U.S. route 17. I expect people are seeing Camellia but just don’t know what a celebrity he is.
